Terms & Conditions
The rules of the road for using the site and placing an order.
These terms govern your use of the Next Year Club website and, when available, purchases made through the storefront. Nothing here is intended to reduce rights you cannot legally waive under applicable law.
Last updated: April 8, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, browsing, signing in to, or using the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the related policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order through it.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the site is lawful where you are located. If account features are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own failure to secure it properly.
Permitted use of the site
The site may be used only for legitimate personal or business purposes connected to the brand.
- Do not interfere with the site, its security, or its availability.
- Do not scrape, copy, or reuse site content in a way that misrepresents affiliation or ownership.
- Do not use the site to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
Product information and availability
We try to present product names, materials, sizing direction, and launch information as accurately as possible. Even so, product details, availability, color appearance, copy, mockups, or launch timing can change without notice as the collection evolves. The site may describe product direction before every related operational detail is fully live. If a page conflicts with the information shown at checkout once checkout is active, the checkout information controls for that order.
Pricing, promotions, and taxes
Prices, launch promotions, and shipping charges may change at any time before an order is accepted. Taxes, duties, and similar charges, if applicable, may be added during checkout based on the destination and the structure of the order. Obvious pricing, description, or promotion mistakes may be corrected before or after an order request is submitted. If a material error affects your order request, we may cancel it and, if payment has already been captured, issue the required refund.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order request does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only after the storefront or its service providers have enough information to process it, verify payment when required, and determine that the order can be fulfilled. We may refuse or cancel an order to the extent permitted by law for reasons such as:
- suspected fraud or misuse of the site;
- inventory, product, or fulfillment constraints;
- errors in product, shipping, tax, or pricing data; or
- orders that appear intended for abuse, unauthorized resale, or disruption.
Made-to-order fulfillment and shipping timing
Next Year Club is designed around a lean, made-to-order launch model. Fulfillment timing may depend on third-party production and shipping operations as well as order volume. If we state or imply a shipping timeline, we should have a reasonable basis for that timeline. If no specific shipment timeline is stated, applicable U.S. consumer protection rules may still require shipment within 30 days or a customer delay notice and refund path. If fulfillment is materially delayed, we may notify you and offer the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund when required.
Delivery, risk, and address accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing and some delivery outcomes may depend on the carrier and destination. If a package is delayed, misrouted, or returned because of incorrect address information you supplied, additional charges or cancellation limits may apply to the extent disclosed at checkout or permitted by law.
Returns, cancellations, and damaged or incorrect items
Because the brand is being built around made-to-order products, not every order will be cancelable or returnable once production starts. Product-specific or checkout-specific return and cancellation terms, if shown, will control for that order together with any rights you have under applicable law. If an item arrives materially damaged, defective, or clearly not what was ordered, please use the contact channel published on the site or in the order materials when available so the issue can be reviewed. We may request photographs, order details, or other reasonable information to evaluate the problem.
Reviews, comments, and user submissions
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or similar material, you are responsible for what you submit. You must not post anything unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or unrelated to the products or services at issue. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to prohibit honest reviews or lawful criticism. We do not claim ownership of your review merely because you post it, although you grant us a limited right to display, reproduce, and moderate submitted content in connection with operating the site and promoting the brand.
Intellectual property and brand use
The site design, copy, slogans, graphics, logos, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Next Year Club unless otherwise stated. Team references, sports satire, and cultural commentary are part of the brand's expressive identity and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any league, club, player, or venue. You may not reproduce, sell, frame, redistribute, or commercially exploit site materials without prior permission unless a use is otherwise allowed by law.
Third-party services and links
The site may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, fulfillment, or related operations. We may also link to third-party sites or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for content or practices outside our own site.
Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, collection, or feature set at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every launch element will remain continuously available.
Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot legally be disclaimed. This includes no guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, fully secure, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Year Club and its operators, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any order, even if advised that such damages were possible. Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If you have non-waivable consumer rights, this section applies only to the extent allowed by those rights.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Next Year Club from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the site, your unlawful conduct, or your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Disputes and applicable law
Before escalating a dispute, the parties should try to resolve it through the contact method then published on the site or in the relevant order communication. If that does not resolve the issue, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless a different dispute process is lawfully adopted and clearly posted later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions as the storefront, fulfillment model, checkout flow, and related policies mature. The updated version posted on the site will apply from its effective date forward unless applicable law requires something different.
